Arrange cooked ham in casserole dish. Slice onions and peppers into rings and arrange over ham. Add raisins and pineapple chunks. Heat pineapple juice and vinegar. Combine mustard, sugar, corn starch and salt and add to hot liquid and stir until thick. Add soy sauce and pour the hot sauce over ham and bake for 30 minutes at 335F. Serve over rice, noodles or the grains of your choice.
